  This McDonald. It's the most busy one in Winter Haven!!!! The staff do their best to rush the drive threw. On Tuesday the 8 2017 I went to buy a coffee and usually I like their coffee but this time the coffee was to dark and without sugar and I asked light and sweet. I give 3 star to staff for trying.

  Upon placing my order at the counter, I asked the crew member to read my order back. It was correct. The receipt printed an incorrect sandwich. I was also given the wrong sauce. Upon asking, I was told I would have to pay over 3$ more to get the correct sandwich. Also, when I got my meal, a different sandwich was marked from a different order. I was told it was the same still, and it was even correctly labeled as a bacon cheeseburger, with 2 pieces of bacon. Upon opening the bun, there was 0 strips of bacon, and not even a crumble of evidence there ever was any.
  
  Every McDonald's I visit manages to get some aspect of my order incorrect, any time I order more than 5 items.
  
  It seems more and more that the crew is socializing or standing around, and only does the minimum needed to shovel food at a customer to make them go away, only to the goal of 5 more minutes of standing around talking. I rate 2 stars because I see some of them trying... sometimes.
  
  Until the McDonald's of Polk County Fl improve, I suggest people not waste their money on the wrong food.

  Very friendly, clean, brings food to your table like a real restaurant, chocolate shakes are fabulous!
